What comes to your head when you hear piper?

I love it, other half.. Not so much, I'm sure there is room for persuasion though...

I like it, makes me think of tv programme Charmed!

Doesn't feel like a first name to me, I just think of Billie Piper.

It is a very American name to me - not that that's bad, I actually love it but not sure I could use it just because it would be too 'out there' for my oh!

I think Gillian Anderson called her daughter Piper, way back when. She must be, what, nearly 20 now? As I'm quite a big fan of GA the name has grown on me a lot.

I too think of Piper from Charmed. I like it but it's probably something I'd call a pet.

I love it. I met a girl called Piper once - she'd be about 38 now. Lovely name.

She was English too - not American.
