For me there's a world of a difference between what I think is the most beautiful name ever, and what I'd actually name a child. I very much like Valentina and Ariadne but living in deepest darkest Glasgow, there's not a chance they'd sound as beautiful as I'd intended!

All lovely imo. DD is one of the above names. My name is also mentioned by someone else. I am very surprised as it is very much out of favour these days but I like it.

I have an Orla Raine which I love but after reading this I have to admit that I LOVE Nova, I've never heard it before but it's stunning

I met a girl when I was about 16 - her name was Medea. Never forgot that. Pronounced Meh-day-ah. Lovely from Greek mythology.
