Loving the thread about grandmothers names...so let's do grandfathers names

The thread on grandmothers names has given me loads of inspiration for DC2, so I'm now looking for the same for male names.

Mine were William and Ronald
DH were William and Harry

Mine were Fred & Kenneth (prefer the former)

DH's were Joseph & Arnold (again prefer the former!)

Kendrick and Leonard (love Lennie. Jenny's ok too).

DH's were Frederick (Fred our first choice for a boy) and Aneurin.

I meant Kenny, not Jenny!

Lesley and Bill for me.

both called john
one of them was john joseph and dont know the other middle name

Thomas and George

In no particular order, Norman, Frank, Laurence, Joshua, Alistair and Es (I think short for Esmond)

Ronald and Leslie

Frederick and John.

James and Alistair

Dick & John for DH

Arthur Edward (known as Ted), Edmund, Fred and Patrick

William and Clifford

Mine were Henry (but called Harry) and William (DS's middle name)

DH's were Leonard and Clarence

Great Uncles were/are Bill, Peter, John, Bob, Eddie, Michael, Hughie and Joe.

Male relatives of GPs generation, mine and DH's

Ivor, John, Martin, Thomas, James, Peter, Frank, Benjamin, Robert, John, Christopher, Steven, Patrick, Bernard, Richard, John, James, Bryce, John, Cyril.

Lots of Johns on both sides.

Mine were Thomas Garnet and William Henry. DH's were Roland Frederick and Vello (Estonian).

We've just had a DD but if she were a DS we'd have called him Henry James :)
