GrimmaTheNome · 11/06/2012 19:01

I think its lovely. (Louise is a bit boring)

ArthurandGeorge · 11/06/2012 19:01

Lovely!

Snusmumriken · 11/06/2012 19:02

It is my middle name and I love it.

flopsy1974 · 11/06/2012 19:03

I love Louisa but DH does not agree. Don't hear it much these days either . Lovely name Smile

StepOutOfSpring · 11/06/2012 19:09

Lovely :)

EdithWeston · 11/06/2012 19:57

Lovely!

SilveryMoon · 11/06/2012 19:58

I like Louisa, Louise is a bit drab though IMO

FormerlyTitledUntidy · 11/06/2012 20:05

Lovely.

TheCountessOlenska · 11/06/2012 20:21

I like it - and Lou Lou for short, or Wheeze! (made in Chelsea)

CheerfulYank · 11/06/2012 20:22

I always though Lulu was a spunky little nn. :)

Are you pregnant Cheerful Yank?

PogoBob · 11/06/2012 20:39

I really like Louisa, lovely nae.

Sadly not one we can consider for DC2 as DH has a stalker ex called Louise who caused a bit of a nighmare a few years back!

randomimposter · 11/06/2012 20:47

I much prefer Luisa spelling, and think Lulu works as a small person nn really well.

AdventuresWithVoles · 11/06/2012 20:53

Lovely, but be aware that there are different pronunciations, I would say Loo-EE-sa. There's a z-sound way of saying it, too.

CharlieBoo · 11/06/2012 20:54

Bit boring for my taste

Lunarlyte · 11/06/2012 20:55

I really, really like the name but I prefer the spelling 'Luisa'

ICanTuckMyBoobsInMyPockets · 11/06/2012 21:00

I like it but only with a soft 's', ie not Loo-ee-Za

ProfessorSunny · 11/06/2012 21:04

Lovely, but it is my sister's name so I am biased.

Sarcalogos · 11/06/2012 21:06

I think it's lovely too.

GrimmaTheNome · 11/06/2012 21:37

It looks much prettier spelled with the 'o' than without. Rounded and more generous looking.

FoofFighter · 11/06/2012 21:38

Lovely, but I am extremely a bit biased

Devora · 11/06/2012 21:46

Lovely.

exoticfruits · 11/06/2012 21:59

Lovely. (with z sound)

CheerfulYank · 11/06/2012 22:12

No, Countess but hopefully soon! I must use Eleanora for a future DD (it's a long story) but I am hoping for multiples. Wink

Lovely, very timeless and works well for baby, little girl teenager and adult.
