I like both. I think Lily is s bit more unusual but (
Sorry for this) is it too flowery ? If its s girl likely to go for one of them

I have a dgd named Violet which I love

If you used Marguerite then Daisy is a very sweet nn and allows the dignity of a 'big' name as an alternative. The same applies to Lillian for Lily.

My dd1 is Lily and she's the only one in her school, I was toying with Daisy but exh didn't like it, tried for DD2 but DH wasn't having any of it either, both are beautiful names Grin

Please dont call your baby marguerite

I don't care for the Marguerite version so much, but love Margarita. I think Princess Margaret's son named his daughter Margarita, wasn't she one of the bridemaids at last year's royal wedding?

If you like Lily, how about Lilianna, Lilith or Lilia just to give her a slightly more adult choice when she's older.
