I'm looking for girls names which link in to 'green' somehow. The colour, not environmentalism!
Any ideas? I can only think of Jade....

Hazel eyes are brown with green flecks. Or green with brown flecks.

My eyes are hazel, they are light brown with a yellowy tinge. Could have hints of grey or green, not compulsory. Not sure why they're being co-opted onto a thread about green things, surely shome misunderstanding.

Hazel is a nice name though (and tree, green leaves, brown nuts, yellow pollen).

I know of someone who called their DD Ilana as her (the Mum's) maiden name was Tree. It's a lovely name.

You could play a bit fast and loose and go for trees which flower in spring / early summer, like Magnolia, Jacaranda, Cherry...
