A name like Ava

I really love the name Ava, however my DD has two middle names and this is one of them! I don't feel I can use it, so can anyone suggest any names silmilar to Ava? The other name I really liked was Eliza but again my DDs other middle name is Elizabeth so I can't really use that either.

Why can't you use it? Your daughters are individuals and won't always be little girls sharing the same house. I don't know any of my friends' middle names.

We wanted eoife - ee fa for this baby

But it's a boy

LittlePebble · 15/09/2011 07:42

I know a little girl called Avalon nn Avie which is so pretty.

greenzebra · 15/09/2011 08:25

Is it names ending in A that you like?

Kaekae · 15/09/2011 09:16

LaBag - I just feel is might be a little unfair, not sure how DD1 would feel, can't ask her right now as she's only 22 months old.

I have always loved Aoife but DH wasn't keen when I suggested it first time round.

Oh I really like Ivy, but I have a Poppy already so just a little too much having both.

Sofia/Sophia if you like a name ending with an 'a'

I too loved Ava but DH didn't like it.

We chose between Mia and Zara in the end.

Have friends with a beautiful grown-up Dana.

For a name similar to Eliza, how about Elissa?
