Opinions?

Or would you just think Button?

I like it. But I would think Button. Smile

SaulGood · 24/08/2011 09:32

Nooooo. I think Ackles.

InstantAtom · 24/08/2011 09:52

Button

WiiUnfit · 24/08/2011 09:54

It makes me think Button, sorry!

Catsdontcare · 24/08/2011 09:59

button

wearenotamused · 24/08/2011 11:01

Button and I don't like it sorry.

PorkChopSter · 24/08/2011 11:19

No.

tammytoby · 24/08/2011 12:24

Dislike it. Nickname Jenny wouldn't be good either, sorry.

cookielove · 24/08/2011 12:25

I like it, i do think Button, but then wouldn't Button be a really cute nickname

OvO · 24/08/2011 12:36

Ackles.

Mmmmmmm.

But I'm not actually that fond of Jensen as a name.

PercyFilth · 24/08/2011 12:38

Surname.

poppydaisy · 24/08/2011 13:19

Don't like Jensen and can't think of any nice nicknames either (Jen, Jenny, Jensy). Sorry.

blushingm · 24/08/2011 14:36

i know 2 jensens - one a little gorgeous boy who is 4 and a grown man who is super intelligent, so i like

I also think of button (but he's sexy so nothing wrong with that) and also the Jensen Interceptor

evamummy · 24/08/2011 14:47

This is what I think when I hear the name Jensen

comedaygoday · 24/08/2011 15:15

Sorry to join with the general negativity, but I don't like it. I would assume you'd either chosen the name because of the racing driver or the make of car, and tbh I'd think that was a bit naff.

pinkgirlythoughts · 24/08/2011 15:18

Button.

I also know of two Jensons, both under 6 months old, and no others, so I suspect it's going to become quite a 'trendy' name.

QueenoftheVerse · 24/08/2011 15:21

Hmmmmmmm Button AND Ackles yum yum yum Grin

ConstanceNoring · 24/08/2011 15:26

Jensen = I think steam engine

Jenson = I think Button, - but that's not a bad thing

kelly2000 · 24/08/2011 17:28

jensen, I think of the surname, Jenson i think of the F1 driver, and whilst I like the name I cannot stand him.

I love it particularly inspired by Mr B and as an F1 nut it was lined up for our first child seven years ago who turned out to be a girl followed by another girl. If we do ever have a third child it would still be my choce for a boy. It is so hard to find nice bys names,

Desiderata · 24/08/2011 21:20

I love it, personally.

Is there a problem with naming your son after a world-class F1 driver?

'tis better than Norman.

Coldcuppacoffee · 24/08/2011 21:22

It's risen in popularity because of Mr Button. By the time the child is at secondary school, no one will have heard of him.

serendipity16 · 25/08/2011 08:36

I have a 9mth old Jensen, no one has yet called him Jen or Jenny.

I personally don't care if people think of Jenson Button when they hear the name & is it really that bad..... he's a racing driver not a criminal or anything.

If you like go for it.... but you can't like it that much if a few negative comments have made you change your mind. With most names, there will always be people who love it or hate it for one reason or another. Too old, too modern, too chavvy, reminds me of my ex best friend who used to eat her toenails etc etc. Pick and stick with a name you love.
