No, sorry.

Jensen is not a real name and Beau is just dreadful.

sparklingsky · 05/04/2011 09:14

Really like Jensen, but adding Beau diminishes it IMO (Sorry). Beau is a bit Jason/Kylie - Spice Girls' kids name.....

Snowdropfairy · 05/04/2011 09:14

Can you explain why? Grin

SpringHeeledJack · 05/04/2011 09:14

this is already the best baby name thread ever

georgie22 · 05/04/2011 09:15

No to both. It sounds like a celeb name. Have you any other ideas?

Snowdropfairy · 05/04/2011 09:17

This was the best one!

The others are worse Sad

MmeLindt · 05/04/2011 09:18

Agree with Sparkling - it is a bit Jason/Kylie [trying not to say chav name]

And Beau is the hero in a cheap romance novel. Cheaper than Mills and Boon cheap.

MmeLindt · 05/04/2011 09:18

Ok, tell us the others.

[braces self]

SpringHeeledJack · 05/04/2011 09:19

how about

Jensen Valentine Goodwin

seeker · 05/04/2011 09:20

Why not give the child a name, rather than a brand?

SpringHeeledJack · 05/04/2011 09:20

or Fletcher Valentine Goodwin?

talkingnonsense · 05/04/2011 09:21

Jensen yes, beau no.
How about a very trad middle name... Jensen Christopher, Jensen Alexander, Jensen James.

Snowdropfairy · 05/04/2011 09:23

Chayton Beau
Bryn Maui
Clayton franics
Troy Bryn
Conway Franics

Our first child is called Aaron George (Air-run)

Jens is a Scandanavian name - although not popular at the moment. (Only 100 in Norway 2009). Jensen just means son of Jens. It's not common here though.

MmeLindt · 05/04/2011 09:25

Right. Put the Mills and Boons novels away. :o

Aaron George is lovely.

What about Jeremy?

seeker · 05/04/2011 09:26

Aaron's lovely - what about another bible name? Samuel? Zachary? David? Daniel?

Snowdropfairy · 05/04/2011 09:26

I like Jeremy but husband does not Sad

georgie22 · 05/04/2011 09:27

Umm, you're right about the other names. Your first child has fairly traditional names, why not think along the same lines with this one?

Is it you choosing these names or your partner as you clearly don't seem very happy with any of them?

MmeLindt · 05/04/2011 09:27

Zachary is great, Seeker.

nn Zac.

Snowdropfairy · 05/04/2011 09:27

I like Noah but husband said no Sad

OP posts:
MmeLindt · 05/04/2011 09:28

Are the other names from your husband?

SpringHeeledJack · 05/04/2011 09:29

Bryn's great. Why don't you have that, and pick a 2 syllable middle name?

or even swap them over, so you've got Bryn in the middle?

MollieO · 05/04/2011 09:29

Why, as your ds1 has such a lovely name, are you wanting to punish ds2 with such a weird choice? Did you mean to write 'Franics' or is that a typo? Sorry I do realise that baby naming is hard but he will have to have an exceptionally thick skin to cope with the choices you're presenting, especially as ds1's name is so normal.

seeker · 05/04/2011 09:30

I don;t think you can have Aaron and Noah in the same family, really.
