Mum hates my baby name, wdyt?

I'm 5 months pg with twins-- both boys. We had a name for one of the babies quite early on but we just couldn't agree on a name for other baby. FINALLY we came across Jensen, which we both loved.
Yay yay, happy happy.

Today I told my mum the names we have chosen and she was horrified; "Jensen? Oh no! I once knew a Jensen and he was awful..." GRR. What do I do now?

DH phoned his parents to tell then of DD's birth and her name, which we'd kept to ourselves until she was born. FIL said 'Are you sure?' Yes, we bloody were and even though it was 4 years ago and he adores DD it still annoys me - go with your choice!

I didn't realise how frustrating this was until we had 'negative comments' about our choises - and you just can't help but think about them when chosing.

Please stick with Jensen. I wish i had stuck with the name we had decided on. I now have a 2 YO DD that i wish we had named the most beautiful pretty name which i loved.

I have learnt my lesson, and next time, will definitely not tell anyone our choices..
