I prefer the spelling Vivien (isn't the a when it's a boy's name?) I really like Philippa too- lots of nn options. Less keen on the other two - I loved the name Meredith until I started watching Grey's Anatomy

TWO WEEKS?! The pore child!
Does she LOOK like any of the names you've listed? or NOT look like them?
I was completely set on Alexander for a boy but when DS was born he just didn't LOOK like one. He looked like a Henry and that's what he is.
Hadn't thought of Merry as a nn or Edie - both nice too (not helping much, am I?)
