Just wanted to say that I think all the cards on the yahoo page look really fantastic....dh hubby said what a talented bunch we are between us all.

Lets hope that we all get some orders now.

AAh, so thats how you all get to be so creative and have the time to make such wonderful cards, we are all just going to have to wear lycra from now on........

Just got a lovely new,long denim skirt and it's come out the tumble dryer looking like a piece of rag! Oh well, another one to stay hidden at the back of the wardrobe.

How do you make your cards look so professional?? I've been fiddling about with bits and pieces but the end results look home-made rather than hand-made, iykwim. What's your secret?

I don't feel I am the best person to answer that! but I can say that experience counts for a lot of it IME. If I look at some of the designs I did even a few months ago, I would find improvements when it comes to making them again.But you can always try something new, there are so many options when it come to making cards.

OH no!!! Far too good for that, I use the kiddies jeans that they have outgrown for that!
I live in hope that one day, i'll be either super efficient or have enough money to pay someone elso to do the ironing for me!!!

I should give up hope on both of those really, shouldn't I!!

I only iron ds's school clothes and

oops, there are no 'and's'. I'm a student, dh is a slob, we don't care!!!

I cut up ds's jeans too, but i took a few buttons off adecent shirt recently when i was short.

Oh yes,buttons!!!! Before I throw old clothes away, I cut off buttons, patchwork size remnants to use for layering on my cards...I "rescues some lovely mother of pearl buttons from an old, old blouse I found "saved" in the loft from donkeys years ago.

And if you have flat ones, you can mount them to make your own stamp, saving squids on those expensive ones in the magazines

I've just managed to put my very first card onto the gallery, I'm very pleased with myself. Hoping to put some more on later.

Great card, is it using the freebie hearts from one of the craft mags recently? My mum got the mag, gave me the freebie and she's now paassed the mag over to me too!!!

KK...when you upload your cards can you delete the full size version.

To do this you click on your latest photograph....at the top you will see Full Size. Click on that and then you will get your picture on screen, but it will be massive!!!!
At the top of the screen if you scroll right you will see Delete Full Size version.
Click on that.....it will then ask if you want to delete the full size....click yes.....and thats it.....you will have done it!!!!!

Yes it was free with a magazine, they're really pretty.

I've not had that mag before, but I liked quite a few of their ideas. I am going to try out some of their felt designs- I have this thing about felt!!!

Now where did Iput those freebies!!!

Could you, I don't understand and can't find the "Full Size" bit that JM is talking about.

Have you still only loaded the one, if so I think JM must have already deleted the full size file for you.

Have you got another one to load and I will go through it with you?

Have got one ready to load now.

Right do you have the file name of your pic and know where it is stored.

Go into your album and click on add photo.

I go down to option 2 and click on browse, highlight you pic in the "choose file" window and enter the name you want to call it.

Scroll down and click upload!
