I contacted MNHQ to ask permission to organise another A&C Fun Night and they have given us the go ahead.

So who's up for it??
Dates that would be best for all would be good.

This time for a change I thought we could do something a bit different and as AQ and I have just returned from Bonzo that we could share with you a couple of fab classes we took part in.

You would only need the basic crafting tools...scissors, craft knife, cardstock and patterned papers to make some really wonderful bits and pieces. Both are very easy to make and would be suitable for crafters of all levels.

Im more than happy to make up class instruction details and list the materials needed beforehand to help you prepare for the evening in advance...throw in a quiz as before and of course a game of Bingo.

Prizes would need to be donated as they were last year....small bag of bits from your own personal stash...with one prize being for the winner of BINGO and the other for the Quiz.

If you are up for it then add your name to the thread....lets get some fun back into A&C's.:)

Have lurked and lurked and I just still have sooo much paperwork that must be done for Amelia's statement. The clock is ticking now and I have only a few weeks to get it all together and back to the LEA.

Would love to join in but I really haven't the time ATM. Have a wonderful evening everyone. I will more than likely pop in if I get the chance, perhaps with a glass of wine and some nibbles, just to get away from it all for a while,I just couldn't commit myself ATM.

HAVE FUN!!!!!!!

love Dingle.xxx

WellKnownMemorablePeachyClair · 22/06/2006 16:46

Thanks JM

Dingle you will be missed.

Dingle · 22/06/2006 16:55

Still not feeling very crafty anyway peachy. Apart from making a card for hubby and the Design Team work for LCC, I haven't done much at all recently!!!

Never mind- I am optimistic that once this statementing lark is out of the way I will find my creativity again! What little I had in the first place anyway!!LOL!!!!

WellKnownMemorablePeachyClair · 22/06/2006 17:02

I managed one today, a kind of on demand one as it is my Mum's birthday Sunday. have two more to make, so need to get the crafty juices flowing. School worries dominate them all though. DS's teacher is not talking to us now (apparently) and we don't get her again (they're sending ds2 to another teacher- yay) but it still gets me down. Nonetheless, passed my exams and have time on my hands so no excuses really.

kiwibella · 22/06/2006 21:57

doh... I missed your request JM. Luck has it that MissE has been invited to sleep over at her best buddies tomorrow evening so dh and I will probably take the chance to eat out. It feels like such a treat. I'll pop in when we get back... and catch up on all the fun.

hullabaloo · 22/06/2006 23:26

Sorry JM I'm going to give it a miss. I'm up to my eyeballs with school stuff and keep getting sidetracked!! Sorry to leave it so late. Real life getting hectic!!

champs · 23/06/2006 00:22

has everyone got their words/ material lists?

JayzMummy · 23/06/2006 01:48

JM, I don't seem to have received any emails- have you sent them yet?

JayzMummy · 23/06/2006 11:19

ummmm well last night I posted a long list of all items that were needed but when I clicked post message it didnt appear and all posts from this thread had been removed?????
Hence the LOL! post made by me.

I have emailed MN HQ to clarify a couple of points and once I receive an email back from them, then I will forward emails.

Just to get you started you need

2 pieces of 12 x12 patterned paper...ideally coordinating in colour.
This needs to be cut in to 6x6 pieces.

You need two pieces of 6x6 chipboard....if you havent got any then cereal box cardboard is fine if you double it up.

You also need a piece of Bazzill or similar which measures 12" long by 6" deep and 14 tags which measure approx 13cm x 6cm

some fibres/ribbons are essential

Embellishments will be added later so you can choose your own theme and coordinate

an ink pad is optional (for distressing)

This is a class that Claire Cameron designed and was taught by Mandy Anderson at Bonanza.
