Worried about NT scan result (31 yo | 12+4 | 61mm CRL | 2.1mm NT)

Hello! First time posting here.

I’m 31, had an miscarriage earlier this year at 5 weeks and I’m pregnant again, 12 weeks 5 days today.

I had my 12 week scan yesterday and I’m worried about the NT measurement. At a CRL of 61mm, NT was measuring 2.1mm. I am waiting for blood test results but I cannot relax at all and I won’t get the letter sooner than two weeks. The sonographer said all looked good, but looking through some of the threads here and some of the studies conducted normal, healthy readings seem to be below 2mm.

Has anyone had an NT reading higher than 2mm that didn’t lead to any complications?

Thank you!

My baby's was 3.2mm and he was fine. I think some babies just have fat necks. Understandably you do always worry though, especially if you read others' experiences and their NT has been something like 0.1mm. I hope all is well with your baby, and you get your results soon @AshiSaeed. Smile

@AshiSaeed 2mm is a normal measurement. Ours was/is 2mm. Don’t stress yourself out unnecessarily
