To be loving this weather

I know it's not everyones cup of tea but I don't want this heatwave to end.

The grass is yellow, the plants are wilting but I'm extremely relaxed and happy.

Sunshine is good for my soul

It's not actually hot though is it...I mean we've had a fair few hot days but generally it's just pleasantly warm. It's so nice to have a summer where the weather is more often good than not...

(and riven I hate the bus more in the rain-damp people steaming and giving off that wet dog smell, urgh!)

And we blimmin well deserve it too after the last few summers. OMG camping last year, and the year before - I'm still trying to block out the memory.

It's still here. Hot and sultry with some random humidity. The grass is doing a good impression of 1976. - yes I'm very old.

Best of all, both the dc's are at school camp and I'm lazing around like a pig in shit muck.
