Anywhere you feel comfortable - in park, in cafes, on buses, trains, shops, wherever you want. No one has ever said anything...

I think individual shops are allowed to set their own policy but I don't think there's anywhere it is against the law.

In Scotland its illegal to STOP you breastfeeding anywhere!

I sat next to a woman in Church this morning who was breatfeeding. No one seemed worried.
One of my friends gave me a shawl so if I thought people might not be too happy (aged relatives for example) I could drape it strategically.
