I haven't AF, but PIL's took the boys.
I love it round there, Arnside is one of my fave places ever, and the boys loved the sit on model railway at Yealand something. We spent a very sunny week there the last week of the Easter hols.
You are very lucky to have such a well placed weekend getaway.
