I heard him being interviewed this morning on the Today programme.

Firstly, it turns out he's not racist or against immigration! Apparently, he says it's ok for French people to come here (there's not that many that want to so its ok). AND he says that Irish people can come here too because they're really all British! So that's nice. I was a bit confused because I thought they'd spent all those years bombing us because they didn't want to be British but I guess I've got that all wrong.

He's not going to let Algerian asylum seekers come though, but I don't think it matters because they'll just get killed where they are in their own country so that won't be a problem for them much longer.

And the best thing is... he's going to give £50,000 to anyone who's not "pure British" to leave the country and go back to where they came from! How cool is that! So I'm now deciding whether to go back to my Great-Grandmother's origins in Russia, or my Great Grandfather's in Finland. Now, apparently this money is going to come from what he called stupid anti-Climate Change projects so although much of Russia and pretty much all of Finland is a bit chilly, as the climate changes because they money is being spent on me, they'll get warmer and I'll be all toasty!

DP , you did not answer my question! I know jews who've married christians, i know a muslim who married a christian and converted , i know christians who've married jews and converted.. i am married to someone jewish but he's non practicisng and an atheist, so it;s not really 'my kind'
i know some couples where one partner is not white. I know catholics who've married Cof E partners etc

and let's face it, the divorce rate is so high now, that sticking to your own kind is not necessarily a recipe for success

marrying someone you love and can build a life with regardless of their colour etc is a good start

DP you have made me think about my two sons marrying someone from a different race, religion.....and I have decided I would not like it and I would not like it because small minded people like ...well you know would be horrible to them, their partner and any children they have.

Nick has just been on tv saying in answer to a teenagers question the lib demswould introduce the education freedom act to set schools free!!!! I have seen how ofsted and league tables ruined my daughters education and think thats got to be one of the best reasons to vote for him.It could mean pupils picking their own subjects again at gcse pupils not being unfairly stopped from picking science at gcse because the school thing there might be a chance they might fail and affect the league tables .And all children even in the dodgy schools hopefully will have the opportuity to learn the a or b papers in so far as would be reasonable.Wow pupils wont be as likely to be held back!!! He also aims to cut class sizes so low the pupils might be known by their teachers and people wouldnt need to go to private schools

I was married to aforriner as mentined above so i am not racist i might have had lovelly mixed race children but i agree with nick Labour have gone over whats acceptable in terms of numbers coming in and the problem of ileqal immigrants needs something like the amnysty he sugests Schools in some areas and probably doctors havent been able to cope
