I do appriciate I'm being pathetic but ah well!

Made cards with all 3 charges for mothers day, helped make presents (nm just photo of all 3 kids in a frame we all made) and bought a present on behalf of the kidaroos (keyring with picture of them in(£7)

I KNOW £7 isnt a huge amount nor the cost of printing photos and buying frame to dexorate, but it took ages etc...(pathetic i know!) but would a "thank you" from charges mum have been to much to ask?

Feeling a bit taken advantage of recently hence my probable unreasonbleness!!

One has to wonder if one's new buddy has stalkerish tendencies. teehee.

MilkNoSugarPlease · 16/03/2010 23:17

There's NOTHING wrong with stalkerish tendancies!

Right I'm going to stand outside your window now and stalk you

Although that DOES involve getting on a train....hmmm....may I stalk you via interweb?

OP posts:
chaostrulyreigns · 16/03/2010 23:19

Interweb stalking gratefully accepted here.

Are you ready for a teenyweeny shock?

MilkNoSugarPlease · 16/03/2010 23:21
OP posts:
MilkNoSugarPlease · 16/03/2010 23:29

OP posts:
chaostrulyreigns · 16/03/2010 23:58

OMG.

It was the calves that did it for me too.

Have been putting off camping with friends for years because of the footwear embarassment. No I can go and be all Enid Blytony in Cornwall.

If only Boden suited my colouring I could be yummymummyish on the campsite with 4 (exquisitely dressed in Joules/MiniB/WhiteCompany) DCs going all feral away from the smog of the Black Country.

I am amazed at myself with the brandy bit. Now I can convince myself that I have achieved something quantifiable with my life today.

MilkNoSugarPlease · 17/03/2010 00:07

LOVING the idea of Enid Blytony in Cornwall!

I've been put of camping for the very same reason! well ok thats a lie...I've been put off camping due too...well just mud! A caravan is my limit #

You could go camping with them all dressed like that and walk around saying "jolly hockeysticks" etc...now THERE'S your Enid Blyton book!

My biggest acievement was having the patience to walk down the road with 11m pushing a toy buggy (her not me! I had the real one ) took a loooooong time...20 mins to do a 2 minute walk who knew I had patience!

OP posts:
chaostrulyreigns · 17/03/2010 00:12

I'm going to raise your Jollyhockeysticks by a gollygosh.

I'm also going to raise your patience by erm precisely nothing mydear. That one is a handsdown clicher for Achievement Of The Day.

chaostrulyreigns · 17/03/2010 00:15

One is going to repair from this heartwarming cyperbonding with one's new buddy as Wednesday is one's early get-up.

One would rilly love to converse again though.

Nightnight myfriend.

MilkNoSugarPlease · 17/03/2010 07:15

Wishing you a jolly hockeysticks good morning!

Although I do like Golly Gosh...Golly Gosh look at those jolly hockey sticks

With lashings of ginger beer!

One hopes her new fab cyber pal enjoyed her early morning get up!

I shall see you back here possibely tonight for another exciting instalment in Chaos & Milks Wellie-wearing,Enid Blyton talking, New Friend Stalking, Jeeves and Fraser loving tales

Haver a good day in the bentley

chaostrulyreigns · 17/03/2010 21:01

Good Morrow mydear!

Just been wondering what the biscuit situation is and what you have handcrafted and how much patience you have had and whether she has thanked you yet?

MilkNoSugarPlease · 17/03/2010 22:16

Good Morrow to you too!

Biscuit situation- I can proffer HOME-MADE peanut cookies! (taste like crap i forgot the vanilla AND peanut butter!!! but hey there home made!!)

Handcrafted- well I made the MOST delicious sweet potato and potato wedges for charges dinner tonight!

Patience-Patience has not been my friend today...well I had patience but other people didnt quite see how cute 11m walking with buggy was when they were stuck behind us nor the woman who gave me a lecture on "how terrible it is that I FORCE her to walk" (yeah because I LOVE a 2 min walking taking 20+

Thanks-or lack of! nope no thank you...I'm going to try the "did the kids GIVE you the prezzies for mothers day?" and see how far that goes

How was your day chaos?

Not was your day chaos (although it may have been if jeeves didnt do his job properly!) but how was your day, chaos?

Heyheyhey - had a great day.

Had 2 coffees and chat at Costa with friend this morning.

Picked up DS1 from nursery (and yay he was in a charming mood).

Then nipped to friend's house for a coffee and a chat.

Then home and a friend popped round for a coffee and a chat.

Then got the DDs from school plus two extra urchins, so 6 under 10's for supper (no ginger beer I'm afraid).

Then rushed out for swimming lessons at 6, where I sat with friends and had a coffee and a chat.

Then home for 8 when FIL turned up for .......................guess what?

Now I have just logged in to catch up with my biscuit-making, plate-creating, mickey-taking, wellie debating, thanks-awaiting new buddy!

But one is afraid that one is soon for one's bed as one was MNing till 2 last night.

chaostrulyreigns · 17/03/2010 22:49

One has just read that post through and realised that one may come across as a tad indulged.

But fear not the Bentley was out of action and it was such a struggle to drives oneself to all the social events.

So please can one realise how tough life can rilly be in the provinces.

MilkNoSugarPlease · 18/03/2010 10:33

With the amount of coffee one seems to have drunk I do believe you would have been up until 4am on a coffee high (Why no coffee for Jeeves?)

Aah lovely urchins I'm sure! no ginger beer?!? cucumber sandwiches?!? you disapoint me! Did you go down the evil (yet delicious) route of froot shoot & sausage rolls?

I just whipped up a batch of fairy cakes with youngest charge (well shes 11m so didnt do more then stare at me whilst licking the spoon ) so we shll await the outcome of those! (I may SOUND Nigella-esque but I'm a crap baker/cook ) (Nanny of the year )

No plate creating tody sigh

And I wore my welies to work! but its lovely sunshine so i resemble a twat

Am still awaiting thanks!! And this morning when she was looking for her keys i said "did the kidaroos give you the gifts" and I got nothing back!....

Today we are off to the park to enjoy the sunshine, then off to swimming...Which would be more fun if fraser-sebastion was there to get v wriggly baby dressed! but we have floats to take fo a test drive so should be fun (ask me later when im frazzled!!)!

One feels you are incredibly self indugent and should swap with poor Jeeves to see what it's like being Jeeves (aaah I shldve had a butler named Wooster then we couldve had Jeeves and Wooster! damn hindsight!)

I WOULDVE Mn'd untill 3am but my anti virus stopped at 10.30 so i was protectionless (boo)

How was Chaos's day? How many ups of coffee did one drink

chaostrulyreigns · 18/03/2010 15:00

Good day mydear.

I am coffee-less and friend-less today, but my house is tidy, my washing it all caught up with and have bought all DD3's birthday presents. Yay.

I am hyper-impressed with my cyber-buddy's Domestic Goddessness - Fairy cakes freshly made before elevenses! I repeat - I'd be liking your boots if you were my nanny.

The F-S name you mentioned earlier - is that a surname (do you want to get those posts hidden?) - apologies I am over-neurotic.

You will be pleased to discover I have booked a house in cornwall for May half-term so now have to plan my Enid Blyton week - any advice gratefully received.

Also if you are a Nigella fan - try to catch Sophie Dahl's programme next tuesday(?) I think should be fab.

One needs to dash as school run beckons and the croquet and fencing lessons followed by high tea (cucumber sarnies, fairy cakes and GB!)

Toodles. Speak later.
