AIBU to think my DH is better than your DH?

He made me homemade croissants for breakfast this morning, with chocolate truffles and a cup of coffee as well. I am feeling quite smug - surely I have the best husband in the whole world?

Well put it this way, you would be BU if you where with your DH but you thought someone else's DH was better wouldn't you!

O got a huge no carb cooked breakfast and some extra special nice coffee (would have been happy with instant but I looked pleased!)

Time Travellers Wife DVD for us to watch tonight and a ring and a bracelet from Tiffany (not gaudy ones with Tiffany all over them thank god) ring is beautiful just solver with i love you enscribed around it (wasn't the cartier watch I was after but hey).

And tonight he is cooking me rib of beef with buttered veg - so I have to say I think my DH is bloody brilliant!

Oh and he is off now to take DS to his grandmas so we have 4 whole days without children!!!!!

Oooohhhh am shamelessly bragging but have to go and clear out our bedroom for the decorators coming tomorrow and do a run to work off the bacon etc.... so I shouldn;t feel too smug as I am going to be the busy one whilst he has fun with DS and his parents!

Oh I did get him a days photography course, pair of lovely hush PJs and a huge bar of Fruit and Nut to share with me tonight so I don't think he has done too badly!

me and DH did our valentines celebration until the wee hours this morning i am at work all day today so we decided to have a bit of lovin' last night, DH is going to cook a nice lamb roast for dinner when i get home and then maybe a repeat performance for afters we dont 'do' cards and DH is still out of work so cant afford flashy prezzies etc but its being with him i want not loads of gifts i dont need

My DH is 4000 miles away and sent me a text to say Happy Valentines at 3am this morning..which woke me up and I couldn't get back to sleep.

In his defence he'd forgotten about the time difference so thought he was being all romantic texting first thing on Valentines day.

My DH cleaned the oven yesterday , removed and replaced mouldy mastic all at my nesting, overwhelming desire to get everything clean and ready for baby's arrival in a few weeks!! And he cooked steak and chips last night, yum yum!

I let dp have a lie in this morning (well, he asked me several times to get up with ds actually, but hey). Got ds sorted and took dp some toast - complete with "I heart you" stamp - coffee and battenburg cake (our fave). Just about remembered the card
When he came down he wrote my card and brouhgt it to me with a big box of chocs and he#s now having a bath.
He has however, done everything in the house since we returned from ds's week long stay in hospital on weds, as ds and I have had a stomach bug, so he's defo been the best dp ever!!
