Princessa, I was a "Nan" before I became a "Mum" - had an ex who was way older..I loved being a "Nan". Was a bit of a shock when I became a "Mum" and couldn't give em back...Still remember the feeling of terror in the hospital when it became clear I was expected to TAKE THE BABY HOME.

See that Pope yeah but I am a catholic No you're wrong But homosexuals innit?

Umami · 05/02/2010 08:32

Word.

Hullygully · 05/02/2010 08:32

Oh sorry, was a general abridgement of all the popey/catholic/god threads going on at the mo rather than a cut and paste!

Was just smiling to myself remembering the party after our wedding. I spent the whole time walking round with the two yr old grandson on my hip, three months up the duff. DH's extremely upright father was a little bewildered but we thought it easiest not to explain..

OP posts:
PrincessFiorimonde · 05/02/2010 08:43

Oh yeah, been on one of the 'is the pope a catholic' threads myself.

(Hate the term 'lapsed Catholic', as it seems to suggest, having lapsed, I might decide to go back there (to the church). Never in a million years.)

Hully - great image of wedding party. Complete with springer spaniel?

Umami - umm. Trouble with Microsoft?

Hullygully · 05/02/2010 08:45

No, we had our very old and overweight Rottie and a friend's dog that bit people! It just sounds classier and classier.
