coffee thread wasn't that bad, just the straw that broke the back. I don't even drink instant coffee, but I wouldn't turn it down if someone was kind enough to offer to make me a cup. Sorry to the contributors but that thread felt a bit "my tastebuds are just so more sophisticated than yours"....rah rah. Maybe the next one should be "I don't drink anything but Chateau Neuf du Pape....or Chablis if i'm feeling in the mood for something 'lighter'" What would you do if someone offered you 'Hardys'." Soft morning rolls are much nicer than crispy.

But not too soft there does need to be some resistance when one bites into it.

Like a bap but so much tastier. Best enjoyed with square sausage, tattie scone and brown sauce. Oh and the roll has to be crispy and well fired.

No not brown sauce. A little bit of ketchupw with potato scone and fried egg with a runny yolk, with a sprinkle of salt over the soft yolk.

Or black pudding and potato scone.
