I'm a newby too. 3 weeks in and I'm up to god knows how many hours day and am posting on threads i know sod all about, just like the rest of you.

I've been on MN for a good few years, but getting a laptop for Xmas has made me even more addicted. Now I can 'engage' with DCs whilst I MN so there doesn't seem any point in logging off at all!!!! Well not until DH gets home anyway, and I start puffing about all the housework I've been doing and what a nightmare the DCs have been !

Getting on a soapbox and being very opinionated and dispensing advise on themes you know fuck all about is a pre-requisite to signing up.
