OK, so I'm not a skilled linguist, but I'll have a go.. let me know if I'm right...?

Your (OP) DP has a best friend, who told him about a night out.

This caused an arguement and the best friend fell out with another mutual friend. (how am I doing?

You (OP) explained to his girlfriend(god knows who, lost plot) the other (mutual?) friends were not coming out as there had been a falling out.

You (OP) are now being blamed for telling the girlfriend the reason they were not coming.

You (OP) are upset and angry for partner rushing out to kiss his lying arse, instead of having the balls to stand up and tell best mate/mutual friend whoever to grow the feck up and stop being arses?

Sweety, if this is how they are, I'll call the ffing taxi for you myself....

I understand almost every single word . But I still haven't a clue what it means, even on the third or fourth attempt.

swottybetty · 24/11/2009 22:18

ok - so nothing really happened on night out? it's just that the BF went out without telling his live-in GF?

VengefulKitty · 24/11/2009 22:18

groundhogs · 24/11/2009 22:26

This kind of reminds me of the time my sis had a dinner party, one of her male friends had previously mentioned, pretty generally, that he was seeing a former porn star.

My sis didn't realise that it wasn't common knowledge and asked the girl "so, what was it like being a porn star" just as the rest of the dinner table conversation hit one of those convenient comedy lulls....

If you love DP and everything else is okay the YABU.. tell them all to get on with it and you want nothing to do with whatever is going on. but can you please get on with your lives.

If you don't want to be with DP then YANBU
