That's about it really!

She's quite sweet I suppose but the flapping arms are distracting me from important MNing!

LetThereBeRock · 20/11/2009 18:30

She isn't at all sweet. She's incredibly irritating, even more so than the previous ad, which I didn't think was possible.

Earthstar · 20/11/2009 18:30

It is twee and irritating

mollyroger · 20/11/2009 18:32

when will it go away?

TheGashlycrumbTinies · 20/11/2009 18:37

Thank God I'm not the only one who has to scroll down quickly to make her disappear. I'm missing important threads!

Biobytes · 20/11/2009 18:38

How many thread have there been about this?

From the last one, she is going at the end of the month (THANKS HEAVENS!!!)

FritesMenthe · 20/11/2009 18:40

Other people's children - ugh.

LetThereBeRock · 20/11/2009 18:40

Yes, but will they then replace her with an even more obnoxious advert as they did with the waving brats?

No, aparently the BBC has been made aware of how annoying the ad is.

AnnieLobeseder · 20/11/2009 18:50

I thought there was probably already a thread about her but I'm too lazy to hunt for it.

And you can tell I've been on MN too long - I was just going to ask "AIBU to want to slap the annoying child at the side of the screen". But as I phrased it in my head I could just see all the responses along the lines of "how could you want to slap a child, even if they are annoying?" and "how do you know the child's mother isn't an MNer and really upset about you calling her annoying".

But fuck it, I'm tougher than that!! So I take it back!

She's annoying, not at all sweet and I want to slap her!

JANEITEisntErudite · 20/11/2009 18:53

She has a glowing head too. I'm sure she's lovely irl but I really dn't want to look at her whilst on here ignoring my own children.

CybilLiberty · 20/11/2009 18:59

That kid should be on a KIDS WEBSITE.

southeastastra · 20/11/2009 19:10

it doesn't bother me in the slightest. must be the only one!

Ive come to the conclussion that when she is pointing to her mouth she is really showing me where to aim my fist on the laptop screen.

BEAUTlFUL · 20/11/2009 19:14

She's my DD.

AmazingBouncingFerret · 20/11/2009 19:14

-s from conclusion

Spidermama · 20/11/2009 19:16

I'm so glad about this thread. My slap hand has been itching as I MN and I've felt irritation followed by guilt for feeling so angered by a small child.

Now the guilt is no longer necessary.

Spidermama · 20/11/2009 19:17

I come on MN to escape my flappy kids. The last thing I need is some other fucker's kid flapping on my screen.

Make her go. Please make her go.

Is she really yours BEAUTIFUL?

mollyroger · 20/11/2009 19:29

actually He is my child and I hate you all for making assumptions that he is a girl, jut becuase he has long hair in bunches. Bastard nobbers.

FritesMenthe · 20/11/2009 19:38

at everyone laying claim to the flappy kids. I would disown them if they were mine (but keep the acting fee, obviously).

Peabody · 20/11/2009 19:40

And she's wearing too much make-up. Grr.

mollyroger · 20/11/2009 19:40

you is just jealous chippy, innit.

clam · 20/11/2009 19:48

I HATE BUNCHES ON LITTLE GIRLS.

Why, why, why do some mothers do that to their kids?

It's not cute, it's vile. Just like that annoying brat on the Haribo ad on TV.
