Robert Pattinson?!!! I am shocked by own reaction...am normally a reasonable 38 year old. Is this a mid-life crisis situation?

I thought nybom was thinking of Dangerous Liasons too. Haven't see it in ages. I seem to remember him swanning about in 18th century costume and saying 'It's beyond my control' a lot.

Just read another interview with him, going through old mags and found it in a supplement, he does seem very young, it's starting to put me off, thankfully! I think maybe I was ovulating...as I truly thought the lust was taking over my life. Going to watch Twilight again tonight though, on my own this time, no disaproving dh snorting and scoffing next to me.

Yes...there is something there, she is so young, only just turned 19 I think...also she has a serious boyfriend...wonder if that's why they haven't got together, but they both talk about the movie and their characters like they realy feel it...so makes for good chemistry...she seems very cool, good influence on him..(like I know!)

saddo that I am I watched it again last night, and then watched bits of it with the director's commentary (dh away)...with rob pat and kirsten as well...and he went on and on about his own appearance the whole time, quite witty but so up his own bum...didn't ever comment on her (really quite good) acting, so that put me off...will focus on that and try to live a normal life!

I'm really trying my best to keep away from the books and the film because my life just seems to stop whenever I get too close ......

I keep staying up past midnight reading the books, really not very well written at all! but can't stop myself. Think I just want to feel all that passion I had at 17 again, is quite nice in a way, but there is some sadness with it, (hence the whole mid life crisis anxieties...) total and utter escapism too...

8oreighty - this is exactly what I was doing as I didn't want to get disturbed by dh. After the boods I too wanted to feel the whole passion thing again - dh is convinced I'm going through a mid life crisis! I think about RP every day but I'm not quite sure whether it is him or the character Edward who I am totally smitten with - thing is I don't think there is any chance of this wearing off as all I can think about is New Moon coming out in November and then Eclipse in May .........

yes its bad...think I'm slowly coming back to earth with my huge crush on RP...I do still fancy my dh loads, who isn't all that different looking in a way (and I'm sure a bit more confident lot less annoyingly self centred).I told him I wanted him to be more masterful! hahahah...and he did nuzzle my neck a bit. So maybe all this is helping me rekindle some of that passion...

The directors commentary put me off him in RL cos i thought he came across as a bit of a D*ckhead TBH so im staying happily in love with "Edward" lol
