Robert Pattinson?!!! I am shocked by own reaction...am normally a reasonable 38 year old. Is this a mid-life crisis situation?

I'm 41 and find it physically impossible to fancy any man younger than 35 (still leaves me with a few options to lust after like Vin Diesel - phwoar). I perceive of them as being in a sort of gawky post adolescent phase. No way could I muster up anything approaching a crush for R.P.

watch it...you will come to the dark side. Thing is - the chemistry between him and the main actress is pretty intense too, so kiss is best onscreen kiss ever.

I do like a monobrow so that's not putting me off...apparently he doesn't wash very often, even that's not helping.

I read all of the Twilight books and was in love with Edward Cullen before I saw the movie.

So really they could have put an ugly dog actor in the role and I would have loved him... But they didn't thankfully and hired the delicious RP.

OMG the kiss is amazing isn't it!

He is one of the few actors that I reckon if I saw him in the street I might scream a little bit (and Brad Pitt too!!).

Do you know, my friend and I were only saying on Thursday that we didn't see the big deal about him. Friday- watched twilight, did a 180 I don't think I like him in RL,more the film.

Decided to read the book- asked in the local library today if they had a copy and they laughed in my face! Apparently the waiting list is 20-deep!

Nancy that is very funny albeit annoying- could you not have written same on DP's head?!

I love him.But only when he is being Edward.Which leads me to believe that I am actually in love with a fictional 17 year old Vampire.
I am considering going to Leicester Square and camping out to get to the front for the New Moon premiere.Anyone wanna come? I am planning to take my 15 yr old neice as cover.

I would offer to lend you my books Saucepan but I not yet at the stage where I can let them out of my sight.I read all 4 in 9 days.It all became a bit much when I tried to read book 3 at the same time as reading DD's their bedtime story, because I couldnt put them down.

I am actually relatively normal in all other ways as well.It came as a shock even to me.

who is brandon flowers? I am reading books too...not that well written, but just the idea of it is great...it's the whole sex/death thing, which is maybe more of a female fantasy...I really wasn't into anything vampire - ish before at all...but somehow this story hit a nerve.

He's the lead singer of The Killers.(who are my normal common or garden obsession-I have seen them 8 times tho thats for the music you understand not just for lovely Flowers)
Books are not well written at all and I normally hate anything supernatural-y.But Edward is everything I want in a man.I began to resent DH for a time because he wasnt Edward Cullen.

I was heard to say during the Killers set at T in the park two weeks ago something like, 'He's just phenomenal' and then had to wipe away a tear because it was just too much for me to be within 50 feet of him.

Obviously that had something to do with the drink, but not as much as Id like it to be down to that tbh

Anyway back to Pattinson...
Do you know he lives some of the year in Barnes West London, where is he from? I thought he was American till I read it in Heat.

I spent far too much time watching clips and interviews on youtube yesterday
He is rather tasty.
almost exacty 10 years younger than me and 10 years older than DD1. not sure which age gap worrys me the most.
I do rather like his music too.

OMG - I love him too - was in the Doctor Who shop with my daughter today and there in front of me a life size Edward and it was only £29.99!! He is just so dam hot - seriously I'm in my 40's it's just ridiculous, he just makes me heart beat so much faster and the new clip of him shirtless in New Moon is almost too much for me to handle !
