I'd rather read the daily mail.

QC - I now have a great mental image of Hilda Ogden in my head, ta!

Quattrocento · 13/06/2009 00:17

this is the mental image I have

Don't tell me any facts now - they would only spoil things

LadyOfWaffle · 13/06/2009 00:18

PMSL!

FluffyBunnyGoneBad · 13/06/2009 00:19

Yes Rollergirl, you are right. You are a sick bitch. These are real people, vulnerable, upset and in a position where their lives have just been turned upside down. Do you seriously think it's OK to start a thread bitching about this?

thumbwitch · 13/06/2009 00:20

Iwas thinking of her with a bit more of a lemon-sucky mouth, but yep! Failing that, this works just as well!

Rollergirl1 · 13/06/2009 00:23

I'm sorry i must be mistaken, isn't the whole conversational thread about being unreasonable?

OP posts:
Pan · 13/06/2009 00:25

can we not just say "yes you are being unreasonable" and then just ignore her thereafter?

Quattrocento · 13/06/2009 00:25

Fantastic TW - yes adds a new dimension to rollers

Jaquelinehyde · 13/06/2009 00:26

I stil can't believe this!!

Rollergirl it is one thing to start a thread about how bored you are with the baby name threads -- The response would have probably been more balanced.

But to say you are bored with threads where people are in need of support after a relatioship breakdown is just plain sick and you should be ashamed of yourself.

FluffyBunnyGoneBad · 13/06/2009 00:27

You could say that Pan. How are you?

HolyGuacamole · 13/06/2009 00:27

I'd hazard a guess at most of the responses here so far are pointing towards you being unreasonable rollergirl.

EyeballshasManBoobs · 13/06/2009 00:28

Sure, when there's a debate to be had. No need in this case.

Is rollergirl being unreasonable?
Yep. Case closed.

Pan · 13/06/2009 00:28

not forgetting...

Ledodgy · 13/06/2009 00:28

But why can you not take them seriously rollegrirl? Mumsnetters do tend to post when they need help. Ffs I posted when my waters broke with dc3, they'd never broke before and dp yelled 'ask mumsnet' as soon as he got wet. It's not that strange for someone who's just had a huge shock to post on here so I can't see your point.

Pan · 13/06/2009 00:29

I'm all fluffy, bunny! You ok??

thumbwitch · 13/06/2009 00:29

are you really that dim, Rollergirl? It isn't meant as a topic that suggests you think up the most outrageously unreasonable op.

Quattrocento · 13/06/2009 00:29

Yes I wondered about that, Pan. They are very pretty to be sure

HolyGuacamole · 13/06/2009 00:29

How on earth did women ever fancy the Bay City Rollers?!

thumbwitch · 13/06/2009 00:30

pmsl Pan - highly amusing!

nametaken · 13/06/2009 00:31

were you looking for Cunts-R-Us, OP? You've come onto the mumsnet board instead by mistake.

FluffyBunnyGoneBad · 13/06/2009 00:31

I'm not too bad thanks Pan. It's manic here though (nothing changes). I award this thread the shite thread of the week award for insensitivity.

expatinscotland · 13/06/2009 00:33

bye. off to fuck with you then.

Pan · 13/06/2009 00:34

I have forgiven rollergirl......easy thing to do..

FluffyBunnyGoneBad · 13/06/2009 00:34

It (sadly) doesn't work Pan

Quattrocento · 13/06/2009 00:35

There are conveyor belt rollers too - although the RR would be very much sexier - I admit
