I like smallegg.
But Geocentric's idea of Egg is rather good.
Perfect in its simplicity and with a cultish feel to it, somehow.

More memorable than some long convoluted names, I promise.

But a stylish name will not inbue you with magic powers. The rest is up to you. Nobody ever really dismisses someone for having a boring name. They just don't. tips for being more noticable.

2: Find a specialist subject.
3: Find a clique
4: Be fucking funny
5: Be controversial
6: Join a cosy thread where people will be welcoming anyway like the tea shop or the bar.

smallegg...alot of names promise more than they deliver...a boring name doesn't mean the poster is boring...your name is ok.

I like smallegg, but I think you need to make a small change to SmallEgg.

I did think I got more attention when I was AttilaTheMum, but I probably have just about enough people who recognise me as RustyBear to feed my ego.(It's a very litle ego, so it doesn't need much...)

People with memorable names tend to get listed on 'name a mumsnetter' threads, but that's not necessarily the same as being liked - only your posts will do that for you.
