to drug my feckin children because they won't sleep?

DD1 has pig flu a cold and is whining that her chest hurts and keeps bloody coughing irritably.
DD2 is getting really angry with DD1 because she is keepingher awake.
I'm getting narked with the pair of them because I want a seacret cigarette to have a sit down and relax and the little brats monsters won't go to bloody sleep.
what is the medised equivelant for 11 and 13 yr olds?

Yes, I have wanted to drug my children when they don't sleep and yes they drive me insane a lot some of the time.

if her chest is hurting give her something to help. As for other LO, move her into your bed till sickie one is more settled.

have given paracetamol. don't really have anything 'harder' to offer her.
she's just fussing because she's knackered and DD2 is just fussing because she is difficult. time for more wine i feel.

if her chest hurts a lot, I would drag her to the Gp just to check it isn't an infection!

actually my brats appear to have gone to sleep. and it's only 10.45. hurrah. only 8 hours until they get up and start fighting all over again. can't wait.
