to still feel a tiny bit hacked off that I was found lacking by a certain "rival" website?

I have my suspicions what the reasons were for my rejection but won't go into them because I don't want to disclose who I am.

And yes I do know for a fact that I was vetoed, not "accidentally left out".

Why should one not take her seriously?

Threadworm · 01/04/2009 11:32

fembear, cod can't really defend herself, in the circs.

Having said that, this is all obviously jokey. It's not really anything hurtful.

FairLadyRantALot · 01/04/2009 11:33

well...why should one?

hullygully · 01/04/2009 11:33

Cod has asked me to say that it really is too early for sandals.

FannyWaglour · 01/04/2009 11:34

Oh, so just because somebody is not stopped from defending themselves, we should just piss on them.

I see....

So, if I were to go to a different thread and state that hullyguylly, or fembear are ageist homophobic idiots, that would be ok, because nobody would stop them from defending themselves?

Buda · 01/04/2009 11:34

Most of it is jokey. And Cod can and does give as good as she gets in that respect. Some people obv have huge issues with her for various reasons. Most of us don't. Just miss her certain type of humour.

hullygully · 01/04/2009 11:35

I am proud to be an ageist homophobic idiot and I don't mind who knows it. I don't like gingers either, or really old people who don't quite make it to the toilet on time. But that's just me.

FannyWaglour · 01/04/2009 11:36

No you are right.

I guess if Cod were to read this, she would be mostly aching to put people straight about her wearing crocs or something like that.

hullygully · 01/04/2009 11:36

Much too early for crocs, particularly if you are elderly or dance up the other end of the ballroom.

FannyWaglour · 01/04/2009 11:37

"I am proud to be an ageist homophobic idiot and I don't mind who knows it. I don't like gingers either, or really old people who don't quite make it to the toilet on time. But that's just me. "

That should be quote of the week....

Idranktheeasterspirits · 01/04/2009 11:38

One should realise that one is reading a thread where one may encounter humour and one should perhaps refrain from accusing others of incontinence.
One should also attempt to refrain from gazing at one's navel.

hullygully can i do shoe boots still then?

Peachy · 01/04/2009 11:38

Sandals are3 May day to labour Day no? [wink

'Breakaway movement started HunnyBees'

FairLadyRantALot · 01/04/2009 11:38

hullygully · 01/04/2009 11:39

Shoeboots are an abomination of the devil.

SoupDreggon · 01/04/2009 11:39

It is always too early for crocs.

Idranktheeasterspirits · 01/04/2009 11:39

oh piss. Have cross posted with everyone having a love in.

TheCrackFox · 01/04/2009 11:39

It is always too early for Crocs.

I really have taken against people who ride bikes but don't wear helmets.

Hully, could you ask Cod when it is permissible to wear sandals. I think after Easter but not sure.

She is consulting her footwear almanac and will get back to you.

Idranktheeasterspirits · 01/04/2009 11:40

one will wind ones neck in now.

What about wedges then? Although i always seem to get visions of orange ladies with thick yellow toenails with flaking red varnish poking out of them.

SoupDreggon · 01/04/2009 11:41

I'm sure you'll work it out if you think about it, TMMJ.

FairLadyRantALot · 01/04/2009 11:41
