I don't want to sound smug, but I suffer (if you can call it that) from a condition highlighted in the news lately which means that giving birth is unusually pleasurable for me.

No need to rub it in! Not everyone is as lucky. I was denied a natural child birth as I had pre-eclampsia; I would have given anything to bring my dd into the world the natural way. Don't feel too special, you may get a hard time in another way with regards to your health one day.

Reality, don't forget to wear 8-inch stilettos while labouring (for the shoe fetishists - if one falls off get your DH to wank in it during any boring parts). And you might want to have someone dressed as a pony as well (SGB checks List of hobbies Kinky Things)...
