I don't want to sound smug, but I suffer (if you can call it that) from a condition highlighted in the news lately which means that giving birth is unusually pleasurable for me.

I was wondering though if anyone else on this great site can understand this - or AIBU to feel just a little bit special?

No I didn't. Obviously you know very little about the facts of life. I did not get pregnant off that paticular orgasm, good though it was.

lots of women will poo during birth

it is not disgusting

it is normal

the baby;s head presses on the rectum as it descend, anything in there gets squsihed out.

it is a sign of imminent birth

no need to get arsey (see what i did there!! ) about it!

have yet to see an orgasmic birth, i imagine they are rare in a hospital setting

BitOfFun · 26/03/2009 14:42

It sounds like a plan, Reality...could you video the birth and make some money on the net?

Reality, how about a gimp mask for you and your DH? It would really set the scene.

Lulumama

Oh believe me, i know. I had a Thai Curry about an hour before labour with DS2, to help induce.

Mid-way through, I thought my waters had broken, but no, it was something else entirely ........

MySecretPleasure · 26/03/2009 14:47

It is quite a lot like being fisted, but I couldn't wear a gimp mask, it would be very hot.

In the delivery room? Some of my midwives have been quite aggressive, but not to that extent. Not really anyway, my husband would of had something to say about it.
