Probably Miss Judgey pants here. But surely if he's capably feeding himself with a spoon, it shouldn't be a crappy jar of baby food! And on a bus while mum talking on her mobile phone!

Guessing he was a bout 20 months as older than my ds but prob not 2. Was a bit shocked at the self feeding on the bus,and crap nature of it....

....flame away.....
I'm ready for it..

labour.

sorry, the waiting for proof is getting to me!!

chegirl · 23/03/2009 21:38

Ewwww I have to move like the wind to whip any nappies away from my puppy. He thinks they are yummy. I am worried about the vet's bills more than anything.

Msspent laughing v.loud at your dear little babe's stinky breath. I bet the little darling kept lunging in for a kiss too.

MsSpentYouth · 23/03/2009 21:39

i think the name alona is a bit too

i mean who would be cruel enough to name your child a-loner?

chegirl · 23/03/2009 21:39

screaming I am going to follow your sensible lead and go to bed. nite nite all.

DSM · 23/03/2009 21:40

chegirl - was your baby feeding himself from a jar at the time?

Psycho - imagine.. imagine your doctor told you to try sex to get the baby moving, and you fell pregnant again. In a vicious cycle, you could end up constantly pregnant forever.

ScottishMummy · 23/03/2009 21:41

we have ear trumpets, bionic uterus, multiple occupancy womb - one in,one oot.

this has been fun

MsSpentYouth · 23/03/2009 21:41

chegirl, no, luckily he hadn't got to the kissing stage, and didn't have many, if any teeth either, but i still brushed them to get rid of the smell

psychomum5 · 23/03/2009 21:43

oh god, the thought of being pregnant forever.

I really would be psycho then.

as would all you lot

doobry · 23/03/2009 21:43

Ah ha it has a technical name and everything Superfetation still if wiki is to be believed it would be something of a medical miracle even without the dodgy uterus Seems more likely the next baby was early no?

Sorry OP I can't think of any reply to your post, just totally bemused by it really.

psychomum5 · 23/03/2009 21:46

doobry, am doubting the existence of any babies from her TBH!

DSM · 23/03/2009 21:47

From wiki:

Reports of superfetation occurring long after the first impregnation have often been treated with suspicion and some have been clearly discredited. Other explanations have been given (and demonstrated) for different levels of development between twins. Artificially induced superfetation has, however, been demonstrated although only up to a short period after insemination.

In 2007, Ame and Lia Herrity, conceived 3 weeks apart, were born in the United Kingdom to Amelia Spence and George Herrity.[1] In May 2007, Harriet and Thomas Mullineux, also conceived 3 weeks apart, were born in Benfleet, Essex UK to Charlotte and Matt Mullineux, [2]

Hoaxes

Flavia d'Angelo, an Italian woman claiming to have become pregnant with triplets three months after initially getting pregnant, caused global media interest in 2001. [3] However, it was later revealed to be a hoax. [4]

How strange that tomanykids.. isn't mentioned?

MsSpentYouth · 23/03/2009 21:47

doobry, as i understood it from another site it could only be up to 24 days after conceptiom?

DSM · 23/03/2009 21:48

Loving that Amelia called her twins Ame and Lia.

glastocat · 23/03/2009 22:19

Wow. Just....wow.

My cousin has a bicornate uterus, and was told pregnancy would be near impossible, and also medically dangerous for her.

I cab't wait to see the 'proof'.

Stretch · 23/03/2009 22:22

Tomanykids - Oh great, she is on the Leicester meet up thread and 2 posters are meeting her thursday! I did question her a while back as did another poster about her 'miracle' babies, but she ignored.

DSM · 23/03/2009 22:29

Genuinely - I think the people who are planning to meet her should be warned.

I know meet-ups are common on MN but I would be genuinely concerned for the women going to meet this person.

Can someone find the thread and tell them? Or at least draw their attention to this thread so they can make an informed decision themselves.

I read this thread from start to finish a few moments ago and thought the same thing half way down Reality.

But what about the meetups? She also has quite a bit of knowledge about Leicester and if she is being honest about that only lives around the corner from me! What now? Take my profile down?
