Now, having trawled for awhile this morning I know I am nt alone in having been chucked up on yesterday, so come and sympathise.

So if you got nothing you did better than me!

Oh no, don't watch jeremy kyle! it's so addictive, you wont be able to turn over until you find out if 'bejewelled cap wearing boy' is father of 'girl wearing innapropriate clubbing gear at 9am''s baby or if it is her mums boyfriend instead.
or something

I was fine all day, but spent last night with D&V myself.
I ran for the ensuite but hadn't got my lenses in or glasses and could barely find the door....ended up with a very colourful bathroom. No fun when you have to clean it up after you've vommed. Couldn't ask DH as he has it too and was in the other bathroom "using" the toilet.

Am going back to bed now.

JackBauer · 23/03/2009 08:42

Um, stalking Jack Bauer is not really a good idea, unless youwant to be interrogated?!

My dd1 was ill yesterday, she was very upset as they had planned to take me to London for the day.

BeauticianNotMagician · 23/03/2009 09:42

I was up at 11.30pm changing ds1 bed sheets and giving him a shower after he decorated the bed.Not nice as i was retching the whole time.So not a great end to mothers day.

Strawbezza · 23/03/2009 09:43

J Kyle's available on Vigin catch-up, only 48 mins because there are NO ADVERTS and NO TRAILERS!!!! I watch it at 11pm at night now. Have to have my fix of DNA tests and lie detectors.

bronze · 23/03/2009 09:46

I got nothing and had 3 children with d&v. Can I come and be miserable in your corner with you JB?

LOL at jackbauer andJK, I do that also

Natt82 · 23/03/2009 15:21

We had a great day yesterday - but DH was up from 1am being sick, and DS1 promptly followed at 4am. Cue lots of changing of bedsheets and bleaching of buckets.

Went to work, only to be called home an hour later as DH passed out and was home alone with DS1 (DS2 at nursery). So have spent the day airing the house/cleaning/getting supplies and looking after them, all whilst praying DS2 and I wont get it.

Natt82 · 23/03/2009 15:22

I'm finding good use for all the Dreamworks/Pixar/Disney films we have - and lots of time for the computer too!

stealthsquiggle · 23/03/2009 15:31

Comewhine with me, sorry but [snigger]. I don't suppose it makes it any better that DP was trying to help, does it?

Jack - yesterday was my day off. Friday night/Saturday morning (and most of Saturday cleaning the results of DS's bed/cuddly toys/other toys/carpet/etc) and then again last night/early hours of this morning. What sort of bug takes a day off, FGS?! He was right as rain yesterday as well....

JackBauer · 23/03/2009 18:07

Oh god don't say that, she has been fine today, little whiny and tired but no sick/poo issues, so have I got this to coem again tomorrow?!

OP posts:
stealthsquiggle · 23/03/2009 18:49

Hopefully not. DS's is so wierd that I am worrying about it being appendix-related but DH says I am being paranoid...

fingers crossed for continued freedom from poo/vomit for you (and me )

Aargh ds1 seems to have recovered now but i have been hugging the toilet bowl all day.

stealthsquiggle · 23/03/2009 18:50

oops.

TsarChasm · 23/03/2009 18:52

YANBU! I'm always jealous of anyone who is not coping with sick when I am. Hate sick.

cissycharlton · 23/03/2009 18:58

I was ill as was ds1 and ds2. Ds1 was sick in a bucket, both of them ended up in bed with me (DP buggered off . Ds1 was hallucinating because he was so hot. Then he was sick in a bucket. Then Ds2 fell out of bed onto the bucket and got covered in ds1's sick. How's that for a crappy night?
