I don't normally do this, but oh! That bit where they take him away from his mother..

I can't stand films like that which make me bawl..think being a parent also makes it affect you more. I never used to cry half as much at things as I do now I've had dcs!
If you think that's bad, don't watch the Narnia film - the evacuee scene got me absolutely sobbing!

The baby of mine scene makes me sob hysterically and I haven't even had children yet.

I always cry though I am ridiculously over emotional when it comes to stuff like that - I've been known to cry talking about sad films! Definately NU.

DD & I had a VERY bad argument today because I said I would not take her to see 'Marley & me'. Her dad can take her or her nana - but not me

IF (& it's a very big if) I watch it - it will be in the comfort f my own home where I can cry noisily & untidily not in a cinema

& I will prob start before the film starts as we all know he dies

It's the bit where she strokes him through the cage that always tipped me over the edge - we only had it on vid so haven't seen it for years. And what was the song at that point?

I started crying the other day when reading "Bambi" to DS1 (aged 4). You know, the bit where his mum gets shots by the hunters...

Dumbo is a brill film, but i cry watching it too.. and bambi.. .. so YANBU..!!

No its a good excuse to have good cry. I get wobbly watching March of the Penguins when they loose an egg or chick

I cry at EVERYTHING on films and it always suprises people becuase I must come across as quite 'un-mushy' ost of the time
