yep, I buy it cos it's always on special but I only use it in sauces and scones as I find it gritty with salt crystals(the extra mature)

Hate cheese that crumbles when you touch it. We had some really crumbly cheddar - didn't bother grating it just put it in a bag and bashed it a bit and it fell to pieces.

I'll tell you what cheese is disgusting. Wensleydale. eurururghghg, it's all wet and crumbly like cottage cheese that's been compressed.
