MrsBadger · 30/01/2009 21:59

fine for a boy to wear

not fine to pay £25 for (IMO) - he isn't even 1 yet!

Ronaldinhio · 30/01/2009 21:59

sorry x post

my dd has those trousers

KingRolo · 30/01/2009 22:00

I think that would look great on a little boy. What's his problem with it?

Ronaldinhio · 30/01/2009 22:02

i dunno

have you asked him?

WinkyWinkola · 30/01/2009 22:03

Great jacket for a boy or a girl.

tryingtobemarypoppins · 30/01/2009 22:04

I thought it would look great too! DH thinks its a girls coat......does it matter if it is?? I can't stand all this boys in blue, girls in pink crap. Its hard getting bright boys clothes. I was chuffed to find it and his reaction REALLY annoyed me!

i LOVE the coat

TheYearOfTheCat · 30/01/2009 22:51

at £52 for a baby's coat!

LostVagueness · 31/01/2009 13:02

Hmmmmm.

How much is that coat? (he'll have grown out of it in 6 months!
It is a bit girlie don't you think?

Have you asked your DS what he thinks?

Heated · 31/01/2009 13:07

I love the red coat especially the bold colours. In all honesty, I think the stars do make it look a bit feminine but at 15m who cares? He won't.

Greatfun · 31/01/2009 13:08

I like it. I don't think its girly in red.

melpomene · 31/01/2009 13:08

Not girly at all. The description says it has a navy lining, and the 'also purchased' items underneath are blue ones.

I think it could be worn by a boy or a girl.

DDraigoch33 · 31/01/2009 13:09

Ask a 15 month old???Gawd!I think the coat is fab!I love kids in bright colours!

Ignore everyone who doesn't like 'n' click 'buy'

melpomene · 31/01/2009 13:11

Did you see all these gorgeous starry PJs in the 'boys' nightwear section?

tumtumtetum · 31/01/2009 13:13

Fab for a boy or girl.

Also hate all this clothes gender bollox.

A lot of DD's clothes are red/green/orange/boys and she looks fab even if everyone does think she is a boy. Hate all this pinky winky girly wirly shite.

Plus doesn't matter what sex next DC is as pretty much all DD clothes will go on either. Bonus!

rolereversal · 31/01/2009 13:14

its fine for a boy, people do get too hung up about all this stuff. I bought pink babygrows for my ds when he needed a babygrow and asda didnt have any "boy" ones. buy it if you like it.

goingtohaveagoodnightssleep · 31/01/2009 13:20

I love that coat and would buy it for DS for next winter if they had his size but I did buy DS the pruple overall which is dad about!

notevenamousie · 31/01/2009 13:23

I think it's lovely - I'd put either a boy or a girl in it. More than I've ever paid but what that should have to do with your budget I don't know - your DH is BU.
