TLESinChristmasStockings · 23/12/2008 14:04

ohhhh look here

TLESinChristmasStockings · 23/12/2008 14:07

How much does it cost to buy this place then???

spottyoldzebra · 23/12/2008 14:10

psycho, if you don't mind being subbed though life, good for you, well done.

OP posts:
spottyoldzebra · 23/12/2008 14:13

oh and flixx do you think part of the reason for such a demand of housing is due to the amount of split familes these days i mean certain men have one family, then go on to have another and another.

MadameOvary · 23/12/2008 14:15

Dont understand the stigma tbh, but haven't read all the thread. In edinburgh people would kill for an HA property, some of them are part of gorgeous old tenements which would have most snobs salivating.

littleboyblue · 23/12/2008 14:15

Can't believe you are still doing this. I'm not subbed in my ha property, but wouldn't care if I was.
zebra you are one sad loser
I'll bet those that are being subbed don't look down on those in emergency accomodation or in hostels though which shows how rediculous your being really.

hercules1 · 23/12/2008 14:18

Is the op the same person who started that thread wanting her childcare to be subbed by the government?

EachPeachPearMum · 23/12/2008 14:18

SOZ you are v odd- you think people shouldn't be subsidised through life, yet expected to have your childcare costs paid by the government?
I don't understand- isn't that subsidy?

FWIW- you probably don't own your home- your bank does, so you can get down from your high zebra now please.

flixx · 23/12/2008 14:19

spotty if you are refereing to the fact that my husband was married before then you are really being imature and getting far too personal.

Why not read through the rest of my threads too and make fun of the fact that we have just found out he has cancer and is going into hospital on Monday to begin treatment.

You have no shame spotty

pagwatch · 23/12/2008 14:22

my dad told me never to argue with a drunk or an idiot.
hmm....
Drunk? - possibly
Idiot ?- definately

ergo
Bye Spotty

"oh and flixx do you think part of the reason for such a demand of housing is due to the amount of split familes these days i mean certain men have one family, then go on to have another and another. "

Actually the demand for housing is created becuase not enough properties are being built

if tere were enough properties to house everyone, then the price of your lovely houses would go down - as there wouldnt be the demand

littleboyblue · 23/12/2008 14:23

flixx I'm sorry to hear about your dh. Can't belive that prat made a comment like that to you. Hope all goes well on Monday.

Think we may all be better off ignoring this thread now, but I am hoping it takes another funny twist like last night. Haven't laughed so much in ages, I even got dp to sit down and read it too. He thought pics were very funny too.

OMG OMG LOOK THE COUNCIL TOOK INTO CONSIDERATION MY HERITAGE ESPECIALLY THE ROMA GYPSY SIDE AND HAVE OFFERED ME THIS....I THINK IT IS SOOOOOOOO GORGEOUS

HOW BEAUTIFUL IS THIS?

TinselBaublesMistletoe · 23/12/2008 14:39

My HA (and it's not alone) own housing for old people, key workers, adults only, disabled... Not all HA property is for people on HB, in fact it's not what it's there for at all. Yes they do accept HB, but even then you are restricted to which estates you can live on, but it's not there HB. In most HA's if you are out of work they have a duty to help you out with training and getting back into work.

I hope you have lived in your lovely (so not HA) looking house for about a year, spotty.
If anyone deserves negative equity....

Remember, we must not judge a book by its cover. If, however, when you open the cover (or front door) you find snobbery, bigotry and a foul mouth - well perhaps one should shut the book.
Byeeee.

Tortington · 23/12/2008 14:41

i can say that a high percentage of our tenants are working, and with the housing market being te wya it is we have...policemen and nurses on one estate.

spotty zebra is v. obviously on drugs.

TLESinChristmasStockings · 23/12/2008 14:42

THIS HALF???

PingpingsatonSantasface · 23/12/2008 14:44

Zebra what does HA housing look like?

O and my friend lives in HA housing and its the most beautiful house I have been in much nicer than your £125,000 house.

There is nothing wrong with Council or HA housing. I private rent on a very dodgy estate but people wouldn't think my flat was private like many others

So stop being stuck up rude and unreasonable
