Most of us aren't 'known' though, are we? I think a few people recognise my name, but most don't. It's the same with everyone - a few know you, you know a few, some know a few others....

Surely it's not so much about how long you've been here but how much you post. You could have been here for years and only posted a few times, but someone who's been here a few months and posts everyday may be 'better known'.

Surely it depends on how often you post ratyher than how long you'veb been here. I know some posters who joined way after i did who would be well recognised, but i'm a part-part-timer by comparison
