Sorry. I have strong feelings about leggins 😆, especially black ones.

Why is everyone saying leggins? It's legginGs.

Men's suits. I always wonder how often are they actually cleaned?

I saw Richard Madely on an episode of Romesh Ranganathan’s Parents Evening recently. He happily admitted to Romesh that he hasn’t worn underwear for years. It made me feel 🤢 I wanted one of the other guests to ask him how often he washes his trousers and dry cleans his suits.

Mobile phones in the wallet case, so you have the strap across your face when on a call..

Joggers, especially skinny joggers - I mean why?! Nobody looks good in them 🤣

This 😂
Always suspicious of men in joggers after I was i terviewed for a place in flatshare by a seedy man wearing them once many years ago - won’t elaborate why 🤢😂

Saying 'th' as 'f' is hideous. As in 'fought, free, fink...'

Also 'g' as 'k'. Some fink.

IfIHadAHeart · Today 08:34

I don’t know if it’s a thing in the UK, but city hipsters here in Australia like to dress like designer-clad wealthy owners of vast outback cattle properties. They wear the $700 RM Williams Chelsea boots (£365), the matching belt ($500/£260) with the $100/£52 fancy (extra) buckle and whatever hideous chinos cattle cockles wear with flannel shirts imported from Italy. In their lunch break, before they toddle off from the office to the cafe over the road for lunch, they don their Akubra hats ($300-600/£156-£365) and spend a fortune on beard grooming. These men will discuss craft beers annd cars and use the word “artisinal” and “craftsmanship” in every sentence. Most of them are private school boys who become real estate agents and salesmen and you know they have never been further out of the city than the outer suburbs one night when they were drunk and at uni.

Your forgetting the spotless 4WD that's never left the city 😂😂

I've just realised my DH exhibits many of these icky qualities. What to do?

If YOU don't mind them, crack on!

I once refused to go on a second date with a young man who tucked his jumper in to his jeans.
I also refused date number two with another young man who picked me up for date number one in a reliant robin ..

I reckon that was a test. You didn’t pass, so you didn’t get to go in his Aston Martin…

ThatMintMember · Today 08:47

Other peoples husbands.

Specifically them farting, smelling of BO, food in their teeth, speaking down to their wives/children, not doing their share, having terrible haircuts, wearing horrible wide leg joggers, cropped cargo pants, flip flops in winter or other ridiculous shoes!

My husband isn't perfect but thankfully none of that applies to him. I'm clearly not likely to cheat 😅

Missey85 · Today 08:49

Gym bros who make working out at the gym their entire personality 😂

Girlking · Today 08:52

People who can’t spell ,I once dumped a perfectly lovely man as he ended a text with “thats how I role” instead of that’s how I roll 😬 even if he had spelled it correctly it would have given me the ick 😑

Also I once met a really fit plumber in a bar dressed in his work clothes (black tee shirt, black jeans, workman boots and that belt thing they wear with tools in (it was lunchtime)
I gave him my number and he called and we arranged to meet.
He turned up wearing a check shirt, snow washed jeans, a beige puffy body warmer and deck shoes, no socks in November!

Oldbaglady46 · Today 08:52

Loafers without socks.
Slurping soup.
Drinking milk out of cereal bowl.
Finishing off gravy with a spoon (I could hardly bring myself to write that one, it makes me feel queasy just thinking about it)

Nofeckingway · Today 08:52

@NewGoldFox Paul Mescal gets a pass as it was a silver chain and he was Connell at the time.

Men with flat feet
Boring M&S chinos
Wearing fleeces all the time
Cardigans
Constantly washing or polishing a car
Men walking a small dog like a Bichon Freise
Baseball caps
Anything with the word Ferrari on it

GooGooMuckMuck · Today 08:55

People saying “it’s giving…”, “lowkey”, “yaaas queeen”, or any of these popular phrases they hear online, etc. especially when they’re a grown adult who never used to speak like that 🤮

PistachioTiramisu · Today 09:00

People who drop their 'h's. My DH has suddenly started to do this and it makes me cringe every single time.
People who use their cutlery incorrectly.

Why not have a walk around the East end of London and educate them how to "speak propa"

Epaulettes, ESPECIALLY when they are heavier than the material of the shirt is too flimsy to support them.

Men who work out, but also walk in a way that they hold their arms out (usually two to three inches) away from the sides of their hips.
It’s like they are trying to demonstrate that they are SO muscular, it needs to be shown off.
That ridiculous strut is ICK !!!!

Makes me wonder tho’, all these “icks” , if your dream hero man started displaying any of your worst ick traits, would they still be your dream hero man?

btw, the phlegm snorting men shouldn’t be allowed in any company but their own- yurkkkkk 🤮

I call that the "carrying invisible rolls of carpet" walk

My icks - DHs retainer.

Leaving anything touching the sink or even leaving anything on the sink.

People working out in the gym who stink, it’s obvious that gym stuff is on its 3/4 wear.

Any kind of chain on a bloke.

Blokes in bootcut jeans.
