I love ASMR but I don’t watch hauls!

I use TikTok mostly for wellbeing videos but I am a goddess, so…..

I hate the mouth noise, tippy tappy, whispery ones. I do love proper, one to one, physical asmr- sitting on the mats at school with your mate drawing on your back, hair brushing, whispering in my ear, having make up done, head massages. I really want to have a proper Japanese head spa, with a facial massage and lots of scalp scratching. I found videos(adverts actually of them and yes, I got the shivers.
There's a very funny woman on Instagram who takes the piss out of the tappy ones.

I can’t stand the whispering, for some reason I find it very stressful.

I love certain types of ASMR including pen writing and tinkly jewellery. There's also a regressionist called Andrea Foulkes that used to be on This Morning. She has the most wonderfully soothing voice she uses so I watch reruns of the videos on YouTube from the show. Pure bliss! But what I hate are the people that do that annoying finger thing at the start of their videos and then proceed to whisper over the nice sounds they're making. Also hate those people who make noises directly on to a big microphone. It's too much. I just like the gentle, subtle sounds with no talking!

My brain is fine thanks (albeit a bit fried in this heat). Unfortunately the rest of me isn't so well so I spend a lot of time waiting for doctors and tests. Watching five minutes of videos like this helps to pass the time when I want a break from reading etc.

Watching ASMR snails eating (the snails doing the eating, not being eaten) was the only thing that would calm my DS down if he was unwell at night. I have spent hours trying to find more similar videos.

It's the radio 4 presenters doing the whisper style talking that pisses me off...asmr makes my skin itch, so to hear someone presenting to microphone is a fo asmr style, then conduct an interview in a normal makes me want to scream

What kind of things would it consist of? Genuine question as I can't think of anything I'd put in my house specifically for autumn, apart from perhaps some shiny conkers which I'd put on the compost heap when they got dull. Is autumn stuff different from Halloween stuff?

Still can't imagine why anyone wants to look at someone else's purchases though. Do you ask to see your family and friends unpacking their shopping?
