Neighbour shouts for cat every night

So my neighbour has multiple kittens/cats and every night she calls for them to come in.
Usually she does this for around 10 minutes at 9pm.

Tonight she has been yelling for a good half hour, my kids are asleep and she yells in the back garden close to the back bedroom windows.

I just don't think this is very considerate.

I have had to resist the urge to tell her to STFU.

My neighbour did this at 5.30-6am every morning, screeching out the names of her many, many cats and bashing a spoon against their metal food dishes. The cats didn’t come because they were busy shitting in my garden. Someone must have told her to pack it in because she has stopped thankfully.

😂

Local Social media posts are often full of 'Tibbles is missing, anyone seen him'. I think some cat owners are a bit stupid, as are some dog owners. They usually wander back when they can be bothered. However, this type of doppy owner shouts every night or others posts aimlessly on social media for 'missing' cat

They never learn 🙄

But cats can be trapped, for example in garages. This happened to one of my cats, he was trapped in a neighbour’s garage for 3 days whilst I searched for him and, yes, posted on Social Media about him.

We called him too (though not at 10:30pm). He finally miaowed loudly in response after 3 days. So it is worth persevering, though if a cat is missing it’s pointless just staying in your own doorway and calling from there rather than actually searching.
