Safeguarding at nursery?

I was looking at a local nursery Facebook and they've uploaded pictures plus names of the children. Is that not safeguarding?

Been following this story as it’s local to me! There’s also been no confirmation that he picked the correct child up on his return either! I am not saying the nursery should be releasing info but they should have reported themselves to ofstead and gave all the info over to the correct authorities to deal with this.

I think not giving the personal details of the grandad or family to the mum is right as there’s people become a vigilante on her tik tok but the authorities should have it be dealing it
