I am actually horrified. A third, Muslim, man was stabbed in the attack but he isn’t being mentioned anywhere. How is this allowed?!

Sam, in the Jewish Voice for Liberation link, the only mention of Jewish people is: ‘Unfortunately, Jewish, Sikh and Buddhist sample sizes were too small to provide reliable data’, so hate crime against Jewish people was excluded as a comparator.

This undermines your argument that anti-Muslim hatred is more serious than antisemitic hatred, as how can you say that if Jewish sample sizes were too small to be included in the study?

This is true though:

55% white men. 45% others. Given that white people are 83% of the population, that means 45% of offenders appear to come from the 17% non-white population.

Arab people make up 0.6% of the population and on these figures are associated with 25% of antisemitic hate crime.

So, 28 reports of anti Semitic incidents came from right wing ideology compared to 136 reports which were linked to Muslim groups/ Islam, with a further 39 reports of anti Jewish hate referencing radical Islamism. Which point are you making?

It is not racist or offensive to say that poor skills in speaking English is a barrier to reporting. It is a fact. I work with non-English speaking communities.

The report says a physical description of offenders was not obtained in all incidents. So they’re not necessarily wrong.

So in 2025, 52% were described as white. You said the majority were white men. Why are you assuming all of the white perpetrators were men? Or did you not actually read the link before you posted it? It's just that you sounded so confident about it being specifically white men, so now I'm wondering if that was just a lie?
