They're not nessecerily all for one person. If they have a few kids who have outgrown last years summer cloths, or have a few birthdays coming up, it all adds up without nessecerily buying excessive amounts of any one thing. Especially if they have been needing stuff for a while and either not got round to shopping ir were waiting on money, then brough it all at once.
