To think I have the right to be upset about my hair?

(Please note I did stand up for myself and they are bringing me in for a chat but I’m so angry)

I bought new extensions, the salon were suppose to lighten my hair as well (only a couple of shades lighter to an ashy brunette)

Now I’m copper and the blend on the extensions is non-existent. I paid £600 for this.

To think I have the right to be upset about my hair?

lol this.

Lol hun, that’s helpful.

OP I’m sure it’ll be sorted and will look much better. Stand your ground with the salon and don’t leave till you’re happy - you don’t need to get angry, just be insistent. They’ll be scared of bad reviews I would think.

All the best.
