To think it is inappropriate for a teach to have big fake boobs?

OonaStubbs · 05/03/2026 18:16

I picked my niece up from school today and saw her with my own eyes, my sister and her husband have spoken about her in the past. IABU to think this is appropriate in a school with impressionable young children?

You haven’t said if she’s wearing anything inappropriate. If not, you just have to ignore it. Or rather them.

This was a sincerely started thread. I thought her boobs were ridiculous, particularly in an educational environment. Clearly most people disagree with me.

Former teacher and breast cancer survivor so far, women come in all shapes and sizes. It doesn’t affect how we do our jobs.

OonaStubbs · 07/03/2026 11:11

I have only seen her once but apparently her boobs increased in size and shape a few months ago so so they are definitely fake.

The thread is about teachers in general, not this specific teacher. Should their be a minimum moral standard for teachers to follow or is what they do to their body and what they do outside of work their own business and none of everybody elses?

Is this a joke?

Are medium fake boobs okay? Or what if they're massive but really well done and natural looking? Would that be okay with you?

Imagine the recruitment process screener questions ‘ Do you have fake breasts’?
The lawyers will be all over this for discrimination!.

Plenty of people give a shit otherwise I probably wouldn't even know about it. It has caused quite a stir amongst the mums at pick-up time as well as unsurprisingly, the dads too.

Teachers should be able to look like they want to look, within limits. I think most people would agree with that, there just might be some disagreement on what the limits should be.

Has it really caused a stir? Or is it just you and your pervy family ogling this teachers body?

You’re still avoiding answering the question. You say it’s bad but don’t articulate why. I’m assuming you can’t and my initial response that you’re just outraged for the sake of it is right.

ActoBelle · 12/03/2026 07:24

Why are large boobs a bad example? A bad example of what? What if she was naturally large boobed? Should a person with naturally large breasts not be allowed to be a teacher? Should we be telling the kids that large boobs are bad/dangerous? 🤷‍♀️

But surely what the parents think is more important than what other teachers think?

Not necessarily. I’m a school governor and we’ve currently got a parent demanding we removed IT from the curriculum as he doesn’t allow his daughter any screen time.
Parents don’t always know best when it comes to managing a school or its staff.

Should schools sack a teacher because one aunt of a child in one class has decided the teacher’s boobs are a bit big? Where would you draw the line?!

We had a complaint at my school where the parent was livid that their child had lost a coat. When asked if it had their name in, they shouted and screamed that it was an £80 coat and of course they weren’t going to spoil it by writing inside it and they wanted the teacher sacked.

No, what parents think isn’t always a good reason for teachers to be fired…

But surely what the parents think is more important than what other teachers think?

No because you’re not running the school and you often get batshit parents or guardians with unreasonable demands. The school management is best placed to run it and make sure everyone is adhering to professional standards re clothing etc, which teacher clearly is as you haven’t mentioned anything about that.

if different bodytypes offend your family so much, you could try home schooling.
your niece will interact with all sorts of shaped and sized people throughout her life, hopefully with better grace than her family who are obsessing over and discussing a teachers body like weirdos.

OonaStubbs · 11/03/2026 18:49

I have already said why. Because it sets a bad example to the children.

If you think that there should be no restrictions whatsoever on a teachers appearance, you are entitled to that opinion. But I believe that there should be a minimum standard that they must uphold.

How does my daughter having big boobs set a bad example to the children?

If they are real they do not set a bad example.

OP you have still in NO WAY said why having fake boobs is setting a bad example?

How will the children know if they are real or not??

LeedsLoiner · 12/03/2026 09:02

Does the teacher walk into the classroom every morning and (in the style of the Wonderbra ads) go "Hello Boys!"...

Yet you’re completely unable to say why there is a difference.

ScarlettSarah · 12/03/2026 09:15

Honestly, you all sound pathetic. Do you have nothing else to do than perv on the teacher and gossip about her?? Please explain exactly how having a boob job is setting a bad example to children.

I have the right to an opinion. We all do.

But you don't have the right to be respected for it.

To who?

Man, I would LOVE for you to take this to governors. I'm sure pretty much all have seen a lot of feckery from parents but this takes the biscuit.

Oh to be a fly on the wall when the penny drops that you're literally complaining that another woman has tits 😆

OonaStubbs · 12/03/2026 10:54

The furore amongst the parents has died down by now as it was last summer when she had them done. Last week was just the first time I had seen her myself.

But I remember my sister going on about it last year, all the mums were shocked into silence and didn't know where to look when she strode out of the school without so much as a by your leave with her new boobs.

It's not a massive deal, I was just surprised, that's all. No of course she does not deserve to lose her job over it.

Why was anyone looking at her boobs anyway? And, as many have said, boobs change size and shape with pregnancy, breastfeeding, gaining or losing weight. You don't know that she's had a boob job, and, even if she has, it doesn't affect her teaching. Coming to work in a bikini, maybe.

Give you a clue where to look…and it’s not gawping at another woman’s tits. Looking at her face would be more normal behaviour
