To think it is inappropriate for a teach to have big fake boobs?

OonaStubbs · 05/03/2026 18:16

I picked my niece up from school today and saw her with my own eyes, my sister and her husband have spoken about her in the past. IABU to think this is appropriate in a school with impressionable young children?

WTF?!

Most of us with big tits have them naturally. There is NO outfit that is going to make mine look smaller. What do you want me to do? Bind them?

Or maybe you think we should have to have them made surgically smaller to be recognised in a professional field and be allowed around children?!

INTERNALISED MISOGYNY, MUCH?

It's not the same as a teacher who has chosen to have a boob job. Everyone knows as her boobs increased greatly over the summer holidays.

SO. WHAT. in what way does having a boob job preclude you from being an excellent teacher?? please, try and explain your insane logic!

So?
Why do you avoid answering the questions related to why it is a problem?

I suspect you actually can’t articulate they and just enjoy being morally outraged for the sake of it.

She can’t! It’s pathetic!

OonaStubbs · 11/03/2026 18:49

I have already said why. Because it sets a bad example to the children.

If you think that there should be no restrictions whatsoever on a teachers appearance, you are entitled to that opinion. But I believe that there should be a minimum standard that they must uphold.

I know several colleagues who have had boob jobs, one who has had a nose job and one who has had gastric bypass surgery. Their class would never know any of this. They are all excellent teachers and are much happier and more content since having the procedures done.

How does any of this set a ‘bad example’ to their pupils?

What about religious leaders or school support workers or lollipop ladies or nurses/doctors or nursery nurses or child minders or men who want tits or... mothers? Wouldn't they also set bad examples to children?

I think you need to work out why this female teacher has triggered you so much OP, you aren't being rational.

You keep saying it does but you’re just meaningless words without substance.

I agree there is a minimum standard. It's called looking professional. But in no way does breast size come into that.
If "apparently" (in your words) her breasts changed over summer (nice new bras?) then she is teaching a new class who wouldn't even register a "change" if there even was one.
It's only the adults who are ogling..

pollymere · 11/03/2026 20:17

Of course being pregnant often results in amazing boobs before an obvious bump...

nam3c4ang3 · 11/03/2026 20:20

Oh don’t be so utterly ridiculous OP.

ladykale · 11/03/2026 20:24

Let’s be honest it’s rarely about bust size and more about what the person is wearing, no?

What is it that you find so morally reprehensible about a teacher having had cosmetic surgery to enhance her breast area? Is it you think young children will have impressed upon them that cosmetic surgery is acceptable? Is it that you think young children will only accept an authority figure with big boobs? Would you find it equally unacceptable if the woman had had a boob reduction? Did it ever cross your mind the lady has found the joys of a Wonderbra which thrusts your boobs into the air? I'm really struggling to understand how ones boob area impacts her ability to teach unless she is wearing a top to her navel or a sheer top with no bra so it's nipples ahoy! Randomly muttering about standards without explanation is madness!

Lavender14 · 11/03/2026 20:57

Is it not a bit creepy that you're so fixated on this womans boobs op to the point you think you're going to notice them every time you pick up or drop off? If a dad was talking this way about a womans body I'd definitely be thinking what a creep. Or is that the worry? Do you have a dh you're worried will be oggling this poor woman?

I know a number of women who have had breast reductions or increases after having lumps removed. You have no idea of her circumstances nor are you entitled to. Besides it's between her and her Dr if she decides to have any medical procedure. Cosmetic or otherwise.

What is the bad example to the children?

I’m pretty sure the children won’t give a shit about their teachers breasts.

Only insecure, misogynistic WEIRDO adults like yourself are the ones that care.

And the funniest thing about this is- you don’t even have children at this school. You’re not a parent of a child at this school 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Jeschara · 11/03/2026 23:39

OP you are making yourself sound so ignorant. This woman could be a brilliant teacher.
I hate women demeaning other women like you have here.

And SO WHAT?!!

HOW is that any different to someone else having naturally big tits and just switching from an unsupportive sports type bra to a structured, uplifting one?! Their tits would look much bigger and WHO GIVES A SHIT?!

They're just TITS!

Unless she has them LITERALLY out, they are NOT YOUR BUSINESS and they effect her ability to teach in no way at all!

But you haven’t said why having big breasts sets a bad example to children.

I’m a 34GG/H. My sister’s a 36J. Neither of us has had a boob job (although my sister desperately wants a reduction). We’ve both been asked before - by random women we didn’t know - whether we’ve had surgery.

Would we allowed to teach or would we banned in case of tit-related misunderstandings? Or would we simply have to provide some sort of certificate of authenticity?

What’s the difference between real ones and fake ones, in the eyes of a child? A kid isn’t going to care. The only people getting stressed about it and staring at this poor woman’s chest are you and your creepy family.

You muttered something earlier about ‘just wanting to appeal to men’. How misogynistic of you to imagine that must be the motive. But even if it was - would you also ban teachers from having nose jobs? Botox? What about wearing makeup? Are they allowed to get their brows done? How about teeth, can they have them straightened or whitened? What exactly is the ‘minimum standard’ you want to impose for women’s looks in the teaching profession? What precise rules do you propose?

How do you know they are fake. I’ve known people with huge boobs that were not fake.

Agreed. My boobs had their own postcode before I lost weight.

Plenty of people give a shit otherwise I probably wouldn't even know about it. It has caused quite a stir amongst the mums at pick-up time as well as unsurprisingly, the dads too.

Teachers should be able to look like they want to look, within limits. I think most people would agree with that, there just might be some disagreement on what the limits should be.

Both you and the other parents sound like a bunch of pearl clutching arseholes, frankly.

In all my years of teaching I never met another teacher who gave one solitary shit what parents thought of their appearance so I very much doubt she cares.

I wouldn't be surprised if your sneering judgment has been noted and discussed at length in the staff room, though.

I do hope this bitchy streak doesn't rub off on the kids.

OonaStubbs · 12/03/2026 00:40

OP posts:
ThatAgileRosePanda · 12/03/2026 00:57

I mean if she had her big fake (or if she had big natural boobs or average sized boobs fake or natural) hanging out, it would be unprofessional. If she’s wearing clothes that’s fine as a teacher.

BauhausOfEliott · 12/03/2026 01:04

OonaStubbs · 12/03/2026 00:40

But surely what the parents think is more important than what other teachers think?

Why? The teacher isn’t teaching the parents. What the parents (who with their seedy gossip about a woman’s breasts are setting a far worse example to their kids than the teacher isn’t teaching) think of the teacher’s appearance doesn’t have any impact on her ability to teach their children. The parents can think what they like but that doesn’t mean their arbitrary thoughts on a teacher’s appearance have to be listened to. Teachers don’t have to meet the aesthetic preferences of their pupils’ parents and thus the parents’ view on this matter is irrelevant.

What really gets me is that the teacher doesn’t even teach your kid. She teaches a niece you pick up once a week FFS. It’s frankly insane that you’d devote this much outrage to the teacher of someone else’s kid. Surely you can find a more relevant thing to poke your beak into? Like one that actually affects you and has demonstrable consequences, perhaps?
