So we heard 30,000 in the news but a lot of people are coming out saying that they were counted in the dead but didn’t die.

Seeing their name and face in the news.

So how many were actually killed, and can we trust any published number?

I am sorry, but I do not see the relevance of this. So the number of killed and wounded might have been mis-reported or deliberately distorted.

That has been true of every military action in history.

I don’t think we can trust anyone on this, lies on both sides, maybe of the Iranian regime hadn’t shut down all media they could be seen as being more credible. They obviously don’t want people to know what’s going on and how many people they are murdering.
